• Delivery Schedule Review of Delivery Schedule to meet Entry into Service requirements
• Delivery Route Selection and review of most suitable Flight Plan route, Airspace requirements, Seasonal weather factors, Political situation at destination, en-route stops, and overflying countries. Selection of suitable en-route fuel stops based on Airport Facilities, Geographic location along route, Aircraft range and Flight crew duty limitations.
• Ground Handling All required services arranged and confirmed at Departure airport and en-route stops. Arrival Marshalling, Parking, Customs, Quarantine, and Immigration, De-icing. Landing, Navigation and ATC Overflight fees re-billed as required.
• Fuel Selection of cheapest fuel price available through our fuel broker network. Contract Fuel arranged, payment either via your existing credit arrangements, or by us, in which case pre-payment is required.
