• Flight Tracking Flight Tracking via 3rd party service.
• ATC Slot Optimisation Ongoing contact with Air Traffic Control Flow Management Positions to achieve best possible slot times for departure/arrival. Updated ETD/EOBT’s with Eurocontrol. Improved Controlled Time of Arrival (CTA) requested with FAA in event of Ground Delay Program. Monitoring of Destination arrival demand, flow control measures.
• Aircraft Messaging Contact with Aircraft through ARINC/SITA, HF/VHF Phone Patch, ATC message relay, or Satcom, to relay Flight Safety messages, Significant weather updates, or operational information.
• Weather Monitoring Departure Alternates, En-route suitable/adequate aerodromes Metar/Taf, En-route significant weather monitored through radar feed, satellite imaging, analysis charts, Destination weather, Destination Alternate weather.
  Flight Progress Messages Departure (Off Blocks, Airborne), Arrival (Landing and On Blocks) Times sent to operator. Departure and updated ETA sent to destination FBO. Delay messages sent to ATC authorities as required.
