Co-ordination of all 3rd party services at en-route technical stops and Destination, plus Departure Airport if required.
- Ground Handling Arrangement through carefully selected Handling Agent of: Arrival Marshalling, Parking, Passenger handling, Customs, Quarantine, and Immigration, Water, De-icing, Lavatory, Oxygen, Window cleaning, Catering, Passenger Special Requests. As required. Only requested services ordered.
- Landing and Nav fees Landing and parking charges by Airport Authority
Navigation (Approach) charge by Civil Aviation / ATC - Airport Considerations Airport of Entry, Opening Hours, Overtime charges, Runway suitability, closures, Rescue and Fire fighting availability, Parking and Hangarage availability.
- Accommodation Crew and Passenger Bookings in appropriate hotels, including Ground Transport.
- Contract Fuel Selection of cheapest fuel price available through our fuel broker network. Contract Fuel arranged, payment either via your existing credit arrangements, or by us, in which case pre-payment is required.
- Itinerary Times Initial handling request sent to Handling Agent, followed by phone confirmation. Reminder at ETA -72 hrs. Itinerary changes transmitted and confirmed at no extra charge. Departure message and revised ETA sent to next Handling Agent to ensure on-time handling on arrival.
